Ralph Cerasuolo is a master electrician, owning and operating his family’s business for over 30 years. 15 years ago he opened the Skilled Trades College of Canada, which was inspired by his own personal need to build a qualified team for his electrical company. The college allowed Ralph the opportunity to share his own knowledge and experience with the next generation of skilled workers, by offering programs to help men and women become sought-after apprentices, while also assisting contractors who face similar difficulties when it comes to finding the right people for the job.
